Hello Families at FCFC! Stefan and I are thrilled to be working with the leadership at FCFC to bring about God's vision for our church and "Kid's Town". Children hold a huge part of God's heart in the Kingdom. They are important. They are valuable. And they are powerful. Together with our awesome team of children's ministry volunteers and teachers, we will empower children to know the Lord, put others first, and find their ministry place in the church community. The first thing on our agenda as children's ministry leaders is to find a excellent curriculum that's both easy to use for teachers and rich with biblical teaching. For Sunday mornings, we'll be trying out a lesson set that was wri en by the leaders of the Children's Equipping Center in Kansas City, MO. Wednesday nights we hope to make a li le bit more fun for chil- dren with a video series called "What's in the Bible" and the "Jesus Storybook Bible" series for the younger kids. Our second goal is to sit down around a meal with each family of FCFC and simply build rela- onships. We've been a ending this church for about 2 years now, but many of you we don't know very well! So you can expect us to contact you to work out the best me for us to meet up. Ministry without rela onships is no ministry at all. And ministry to kids without parent involvement is very difficult to do! How can we help you? And how can you help us?
