Kids Town News MONTHLY FOCUS We're in the middle of the Holiday Season when we have the opportunity to share God's LOVE exponentially! How is your family sharing LOVE this year? How are you teaching your children about God's extravagant kindness? It doesn't have to be wrapped up in a box and it doesn't have to cost money! Be creative! What will you do? MEET-UPS If you're not on Remind yet and would like to get updates about the ministry and meet-up places, text "@fcfamilych" to phone number 81010 and you'll be added to our list. "Meet-ups" will become more regular (hopefully on a monthly basis) after the New Year. But for now, enjoy the season with friends and family! SPECIALS Kids Town is preparing to have a Christmas Special with the birth of Christ as the focus. Children will be dressing up as part of the manger scene and singing a few beloved Christmas songs. UPCOMING EVENTS December 15th : Christmas Caroling with Brenda McCumons Please come to church with a packed lunch and be ready to share Christ's love through song! Parents must accompany children or arrange for another adult to be with them. The bus may be available for transport if it's needed. February16th: Cake Auction with Susan Good It seems far away, but after the New Year, the Cake Auction will be upon us! This is a won- derful and exciting event which raises all the funds for Kids Town for the whole year! Please remember to save up to bid on a child's cake! Silent auction for donated baked goods will also be available.) ATTENTION PARENTS! (We are currently hosting a Monday night Live video class at 8:30 pm, talking through the book "Loving Our Kids On Purpose" by Danny Silk. It is a paradigm-shifting book that will reveal the heart of God towards you; enabling you to love your children as our Heavenly Father does. We have really enjoyed it so far!) 4
