AREAS OF HELP THAT WILL NEEDED
1. Bake Sale items will be needed (deliver to the church on Fri. the 9th
between 4-8pm)
2. Bake Sale helpers on the 10th: 3 needed from 9-12; 3 from 12-4
3. Greeters to welcome folks and collect the $1.00 entrance fee: 2 from 9-
12; 2 from12-4
4. Silent Auc on Helpers: 2 from 9-12; 2 from 12-4 (Help folks fill out the
forms and keep the tables straightened up
5. Helpers for set up on Friday the 9th from 4-8 (Help folks find their booth
area and set up tables and chairs at each booth
6. Helpers to take down tables and chairs and get the church back to its
original state a er the show is over on Saturday the 10th from 4-7 or
earlier if done.
