Hello Church Family!!!
Ardent Youth Ministry is excited to announce two new members of our
youth leader team. Maggie Hall and Tim Hall have accepted our invitation to help
with Wednesday night youth group and all of our youth events. Maggie and Tim
are excellent examples of what I would want the youth of our church to become
once they graduate from Ardent youth. They are humble, knowledgeable, think
critically, and have the hearts of servants. I greatly appreciate them and look
forward to having their help while leading the youth of our church closer to Jesus.
Currently I have been teaching on the True Gospel series. This is a 6 part
series on the history of the Gospel in the Old Testament; the life, death, and
resurrection of Jesus; and finally the revelation of the Gospel. The youth are
engaged while I teach and are interested in the content. Currently I have
taught through the death of Jesus and plan on teaching about His resurrection
this Wednesday.
The youth Man-Night two weeks ago was a blast as usual. We had about
18 people at the church and enjoyed playing night games on the church lawn in
the parking lot. At about 9 PM we came inside and played video games for the
rest of the night.
